We, the undersigned, wish to create the REAL work for a world without war, where those who simply SAY NO TO WAR can benefit from the fund to have their human needs fulfilled. We, The People of the Earth, now elect ourselves to make peace between ourselves, not only where we are domiciled, but all over the Earth, and by that we say it is time to fulfil the moral thought of the following three great Generals: Dwight D. Eisenhower, Major-General Smedley Butler, and General Lee Butler, and whose thought is the cornerstone, mission and vision of the “Planetization Say No to War -- Help America and the World Fund”:
General Dwight. D. Eisenhower:

“War is a Racket” is a work by the former U.S. Marine Major General Smedley Butler, who, in 1935 discusses how business interests drive warfare and profits from mass human suffering.
US Air Force General Lee Butler:
Once heavily involved in the work and an avid supporter of “Nuclear Deterrence”, Retired US Air Force General Lee Butler unravels “In Beyond the Madness,” the psychosis of “mutually assured destruction (MAD). He concludes in an address at the National Press Club in February 1998 that we must end the nuclear era through the moral imperative of the action: "It is time to reassert the primacy of individual conscience, the voice of reason, and the rightful interests of humanity"
